The Facture
1 cup fresh juice from pomelo 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/3 cup vinegar 1/4 teaspoon thyme 4 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon fresh parsley springs 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until mixed well. Keep in refrigerator.
